VLP40UV UV LED Paint Dryer
The UV paint dryer offers very fast drying times, making it an ideal solution for curing paints, varnishes, and other specialist coatings. Unlike more conventional methods, UV curing technology can dry coatings in a matter of minutes. These fast-drying times help ensure a more consistent finish across the substrate, as dust and other foreign objects have less opportunity to contaminate the coating.
In addition to fast drying times, ultraviolet light emits minimal heat, allowing it to be used on materials that are heat sensitive, such as fabrics, plastics, and woods. Tests conducted using paints from one of the world's leading manufacturers show this UV curing machine is ideal for use with aerosol-based spray paints. The popularity of UV paint curing systems continues to grow due to their many benefits. The UV paint dryer from Victory uses 20 ultraviolet LEDs within the lamp. The predicted lamp life for the unit is 40,000 hours, with a power consumption of 48 watts.
Medium Pressure Mercury
With especially high emissions in the UV-C range, Victory mercury lamps provide curing for printing processes that use pigmented inks and UV varnishes.
Metal Halide Gallium
Metal halide, gallium doped lamps have high emissions in the longer UV wavelengths and are suitable for thick layered and pigmented varnishes which require penetrative curing.
Metal Halide Iron
Metal halide, iron doped lamps have a high UV-A and UV-B content, and so are the right choice for curing thickly layered inks.
UV LED paint dryers offer incredibly fast drying times, making them an ideal solution for curing paints, varnishes, and specialised coatings. Unlike traditional drying methods, UV technology can cure coatings in just minutes.
These quick drying capabilities ensure a more uniform finish across the substrate, reducing the chances of dust and other contaminants affecting the coating. In addition to fast drying, UV technology generates minimal heat, making it suitable for delicate materials such as fabrics and plastics. Tests conducted with top-tier paint manufacturers confirm the effectiveness of this dryer for a wide range of applications.
