The use of Infrared in seat manufacturing

Infrared heat technology can be used for a lot of processes involved in manufacturing seat components including de-wrinkling the seat covers. The heat process allows the material to expand in order to be formed over the seat itself in a smooth and clean finish. Infrared heat gives us a uniform and consistent heat output that is much quicker and more energy efficient compared to hot air systems previously used. The most common example of this particular application is in the manufacturing of aeroplane seats.
