The device operates at a standard voltage of 230V 50Hz and is rated for a maximum load of 13A, making it suitable for powering up to 3kW of equipment, including immersion heaters, 5A inductive loads, 1000W tungsten lighting, 500W LED systems, 100W CFLs, and 500W fluorescent lights. It features a manual override function and includes a replaceable 13 Amp BS1362 fuse for added safety. Designed for versatility, it fits into a standard 25mm deep single wall box and serves as a direct retrofit for BS1363 fused connection units. With an IP66 Weathersafe rating (VLFS-3IP), the unit is protected against harsh environmental conditions, while the double pole isolation switch ensures safe operation. The device is engineered to perform reliably within an operating temperature range of 0-40°C.
