IR Lamps
Infrared (IR) lamps are essential tools used across various industries for applications such as curing, drying, heating, and coating. They emit infrared radiation, which generates heat when absorbed by surfaces, making them ideal for processes requiring rapid and efficient thermal energy. Available in different wavelengths, from short-wave to medium-wave, IR lamps are tailored to meet specific needs and ensure optimal performance for a wide range of applications, from industrial use to food processing and more.

Twin Tube Infrared Lamps
Victory Lightinghas a long history of expertise in producing high quality infrared emitters for a wide range of industries. These include a broad range of twin tube lamps for a variety of industrial processes. They include short wave, medium wave and fast response medium wave lamps, in a number of single ended and double ended configurations.
Victory twin tube lamps are made of highquality quartz and were designed by Victoryʼsengineers to yield high radiation power as well as to provide excellent mechanical stability. Theyare available as clear, or coated with Victoryʼs renowned SRC500 and Gold coatings.
Fast Response NDA Lamps
For improved performance on drying, replace existingshort wave lamps with Victory Lighting fast response medium wave NDA lamps. They are a direct replacement for ordinary lamps but offer greatly improved performance. A revolutionary tungsten coiling technique allows more energy to be distributed in the medium wave range, with Watt densities up to 55W/cm, with instant switch-on.
Product Benefits
Durability and Stability
Built with high-quality quartz and excellent mechanical stability, these lamps are designed to last and perform reliably under demanding conditions.
Versatile Connections
Available in both single and double-ended options, offering flexibility for various setups and easy integration into different systems.
Industry Standard Compatibility
These lamps are based on industry-standard "ABC..." types, ensuring broad compatibility with existing equipment and ease of replacement.
Ceramic Heating Elements
Victory ceramic heating elements and lamps are used throughout the world in a variety of industries for processes that require a simple, economic, heat source. Emitting long wave infrared, these ceramic elements are ideal where the intense heat of short wave emitters is not required, or where heating without visible lightis important. They can also be fitted into wall mounted or portable heaters for both commercial and domestic use.
Victory offers three types of ceramic elements
Victory offers three types of ceramic elements: flat, curved and hollow, as well as a range of lamps with E27caps.
Flat Curved Hollow Lamp Flat ceramic elements: Thesehave a low overall height enabling use in space limited installations, typically in retrofit machines.
Curved ceramic elements: Aconcave design provides a space between the element and its mounting plate, reducingthe heat absorbed by the wiringspace.
They are suitable for installationareas with geometric requirements.
Hollow HTS ceramic elements: These are made usinga hollow castingprocess and filled with thermal insulation. This improves the radiant power output to the material being heated. In addition, a significant reduction of heat dissipation is achieved in the wiring space so additional insulation of the heating area is usually not required.
Ceramic lamps: These lamp-shaped,elements have a standard E27 cap so are very versatile. They are suitable for both individual and group configurations and have many general purpose heating applications. They are often used to provide warmth for reptiles, pets and other animal care requirements.
Infrared Quartz Medium Wave Modules
Victory infrared quartz medium wave modules provide an efficient heat source for a variety of industrial processes, primarily those that entail thermoforming of plastics. The infrared elements built into quartz panels rapidly provide an even, controlled, heat source.
The Victory infrared quartz medium wave module range comprises five modules to suit different fitments, and spans wattages from 150–1250W. There is thus a module to suit a wide range of industrial applications. However if you do not find the product you need in this datasheet, Victoryʼs technical team will be happy to discuss your exact requirement.
