Victory infrared lamps are an important part of many industrial manufacturing processes, such as PET manufacture, curing of coatings, forming of plastics, annealing, plastic welding, and print drying. In these applications, infrared heat sources are far more efficient than convection ovens or contact heating.
Efficiency is achieved by matching the wavelength of the infrared heater to the absorption characteristics of the material and broadly IR heat sources are categorised Short, Medium or Long wave. Additionally, Victory lamps have a range of finishes to suit their application, such as clear, jacketed, gold, ruby and twin.
Victory’s Gold infrared lamps have excellent glare reduction thanks to a special method of vacuum deposition developed by Victory which is used to deposit the gold coating. Go for gold >
